We are Latina businesswomen and AI facilitators who understand the cultural and entrepreneurial realities of the communities we serve.
Chriselide Mendez
Intellectual Property Paralegal, AI Certified Consultant, educator and business strategist
Chriselide Mendez brings more than thirty years of intellectual property experience to artificial intelligence education. She began her career in 1994 in the trademark department at Pennie & Edmonds in New York and has worked across trademark prosecution, international renewals, portfolio management and transactional intellectual property.
Today she helps entrepreneurs and organizations use artificial intelligence in a practical, strategic and responsible way, with a focus on protecting what they build while they grow it. She is an Intellectual Property Paralegal and educator, not an attorney, and does not provide legal advice.
Teaching style: practical, approachable, business focused, educational, responsible, non technical when appropriate, and action oriented.

Michelle brings more than 20 years of legal finance and operations experience to M² Innovation Group. As a law firm Controller, Certified AI Consultant, and systems-focused strategist, she helps service-based businesses identify operational breakdowns, improve lead follow-up, reduce manual work, and implement AI in a practical, approachable way.
Michelle believes most businesses do not have a people problem; they have a systems problem.
